Had tons of room as two of us were doing remote work while the teenagers had fun. There's a desk setup off kitchen and an office on the first floor. Plus a kitchen table and a dining table. Plenty of room on the porch, living room and kitchen for the 5 of us to hang out and catch up. About 10 mins to Newburyport. Hard to find beach parking so on your day of checkout, if you’re wanting to go to the beach, make sure you get to the beach access (there’s one about a half mile away from the house heading back toward town) by 7:00 am and park your car there. It was already full by 10:00\. There were some dead bugs on the porch but that’s to be expected being near the beach. The house itself was very clean and comfortable. Updated bathrooms and comfy beds. Host was incredibly responsive. Would recommend. ##### Jennifer T.
