"I had a good experience here with my family. It’s a beautiful and nature filled resort, however, the property is super huge so be mindful if you’re going with someone that isn’t able to walk long distance. They have shuttle busses from the rooms to the main area where everything is, however they don’t even run that often so we walked majority of the time. Dinner food at the buffet was alright. They have restaurants that you have to make a reservation for, so if you’re going with a large party, expect to eat the buffet more times than not. The restaurant reservations were always filled and they have very limited restaurant options. Maintenance of the property could also use some work. The pool tiles and walls were chipped, broken, and dirty. LOCK YOUR BALCONY DOOR. I had to find out from someone else to ensure your balcony door is locked at all times otherwise a creature will come and open the door and look for food. It happened with me!! Staff was nice. Wouldn’t go back though."
