"Very accommodating and absolutely gorgeous for our large group. The pool was a perfect bonus for our grandbabies! Everyone had enough space to function and had their own room. A few negatives but not a game changer; The pool was dirty when we arrived, as well as the outdoor shower.The dining room chairs had nails sticking out of the cushions and poked my daughter and son in law while we were trying to eat dinner.For a house that sleeps 17, we thought it should have more plates to eat on.Lastly, there were no grilling utensils.You have a booster chair, pack n play, and a crib! Very nice! A baby gate would have been the perfect touch with all the stairs.Overall, we rate the house a 4.8 out of 5. We would definitely recommend this house and stay again!!Thank you!!"

"This property is amazing!! We are a family of 5 with 3 mostly grown sons and a dog - there was plenty of room for everyone to relax either on their own or all together. House was extremely clean and well stocked in the kitchen. Having a pool was a definite plus, as was being to close to the beach. We love staying at The Plantation because all the extras are so convenient (Nick's Hole, fitness center, pool, bike/walking/running path, sunset viewing on west end, fishing spots) I would certainly stay here again! Only caution is for people who have trouble with stairs. We are all fit and in shape so it wasn't an issue, but I can see an elderly person having trouble (3 stories) with the main part of the house being on the 3rd floor. "Our family of 13, ages 8-93, had a wonderful week at Hank’s Fiinest Hour. Having rented a number of properties along Florida’s Gulf Coast, this home was definitely the cleanest and provided the most amenities which made our stay comfortable. We had fun watching the dolphins play every morning and evening right from our balcony or stretch of beach! We will definitely be back! Everyone said it was the best vacation!"
