The Space:

Salt air drifts onto the screened‑in porch while the nearby shoreline sets an easy rhythm for your stay. Just across the street, a boardwalk leads you to soft white sand, and sunlight fills the open living space where days naturally slow down. Mornings invite quiet coffee moments, and evenings settle into relaxed gatherings indoors or out.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 8 guests across four private bedrooms. A MIL suite features a queen bed for two, Bedroom 1 offers a queen bed for two, Bedroom 2 provides another queen bed for two, and Bedroom 4 holds two twin beds for two. Each room has its own theme and sense of privacy.



Bathrooms & essentials

Two full baths serve the house, stocked with bathroom essentials, fresh linens, and towels. A washer and dryer are available for longer visits or post‑beach refreshes.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, with a dining table inside for shared meals. You can also enjoy breakfast or dinner outdoors, taking advantage of the easy flow between indoor and outdoor spaces.



Outdoor living

Step onto the patio or backyard to find a fire pit, grill, and comfortable outdoor furniture—perfect for relaxed afternoons and fire‑pit evenings. A putting green adds a playful touch, while the screened porch lets you soak up the coastal breeze at any time.



Location & access

A private entrance and self‑check‑in via smart lock make arrival simple. The beach is directly across the street, about a two‑minute walk along the boardwalk. Beach essentials are provided so you can head straight to the sand without extra packing.

Your furry companions are welcome to share the salty breezes and open spaces, making it easy for the whole family to enjoy the getaway.

The Neighborhood:

Affectionately referred to by the locals as "small town with a big heart," Port St. Joe has plenty to offer anyone looking for a casual escape from it all. Lounge among the dunes on the soft, sandy beaches, snorkel in the Gulf of Mexico, or hop on a boat for a fishing excursion. Plenty of local restaurants offer up fresh seafood, from sit-down options to casual, waterfront fish shacks. The historic, pedestrian-friendly downtown is a charming spot, filled with antique shops, bistros, green spaces, and a picturesque marina that's perfect for al fresco dining.



Getting Around:

Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Kids will love the array of attractions in Port St. Joe like Forgotten Coast Sea Turtle Center, a sea turtle rescue site with conservation exhibits and information, and George Core Park, a waterside park with a lighthouse and picnic areas. You can also visit St. Joe Beach, a family-friendly beach with soft sand and gentle surf.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
