The location is stellar - not too far into the cape and a straight shot to the beach on foot - takes about 45 seconds to walk there. The home has wonderful balconies with outdoor furniture to dine or relax outside. Wonderful views. The pool looks a little small in the pictures but is bigger than I thought and is really fun. We paid to have it heated and it was so comfortable. There are neat night lights for the pool as well. Josh and Melinda were very quick to respond to inquiries, very friendly and down-to-earth. Made everything great. We would definitely stay here again!"
