We brought our fifth wheel, which is close to 45 feet long, we are a family of five so we wanted to experience RVing on the beach. We absolutely loved being on this property. The walk is not long at all maybe two minutes at most. You would spend that if not more walking through a condo down to the beach. We had no issues with any of the neighbors, and the beaches had so many seashells, our teenagers loved collecting them to make gifts for family. Since you’re on the south end of the Cape, you don’t necessarily get the blue green water, but the beaches are really nice. But if you go 10 minutes down the road to the Saint Joe State Park, the beaches are absolutely gorgeous and the water is crystal green and blue. We plan to go back next summer and we’ll continue to do so if the dates are available.
