Spacious 3 bedroom home with huge living room and 72 inch TV, Dining area, Galley Kitchen, Washer and Dryer. Huge backyard. No Pets. Home is across from 12 Acre Park with Frisbee Golf course. Restaurants, Starbucks, Luxury Shopping and Movies within walking distance.

Prime location close to all freeways. 20 minutes from Phoenix Sky harbor Airport, Scottsdale, Phoenix Suns, AZ Diamondbacks, Spring Training, Cardinals' Stadium and ASU. I

Separate small Mother-in-Law apartment attached with separate entrance and not accessible to main house and not a part rental agreement.
