The grounds were beautiful, pools were never too crowded. Staff and food service was exceptional ! Highly recommend for a family:) We didn’t even want to leave the property. The Privado Villas had their own private pool and lobby which we utilized regularly.

We had a wonderful time! We ate at both the Bourbon Steak House and Toro and the staff went above and beyond to make our evening such an event. Especially the Bourbon Steak House. We had fantastic service and the food was great! Such a fun night. The room was clean and comfortable and we loved sitting having our coffee on the balcony. The furniture in the room did seem worn for the price of the stay but everything else was great.

Room service was fast and the food was delicious with enough in each order to share. The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful patio and view. It was easy to make dinner reservations and we enjoyed every restaurant on site. It was easy to find our way around the property. Food was subpar. Only place we enjoyed the food was Toro. Poolside service was incredibly slow. There were multiple times where they forgot our order so we just ended up ordering from the bar, but I don’t know if we were charged double. Room was great. Staff was friendly. Would possibly rebook again.

Rooms were great and grounds were gorgeous! We loved the turndown service and the cleaners did an amazing job daily, the only negative with the room was the intensity of the doors closing…we could constantly hear doors slamming. The staff was so helpful. The pools were great and the restraints were wonderful too. We had an amazing server for breakfast each day at Ironwood and had a wonderful time at Bourbon Steak with Devin as our server. The only disappointing part was the spa and fitness area- you have to book a service to be able to sign up for a fitness class and it has to be that day. But all-in-all a very relaxing resort.

There is no question that this property is amazing in many ways. The staff is always available and on point. The restaurants offer options for most palates. There are family and adult only pools. I think the best part is the attention to customer service. I do feel that the extra costs are a bit much, considering the cost of room. These include the daily valet charge and the daily Resort Experience Fee...I don't know what that covers. Just know you are staying at a premier resort and do get that experience. It's is beautiful!
