"Wonderful views, great hikes out the door. Wonderful host. Never got to use the pool due to temperature outside but would be wonderful to use in warmer temperatures. The outdoor space was great for an afternoon lunch."

"We had a lovely stay in this beautiful house and surroundings for 14 days. Could stay longer. The 2-3 minute last drive to the house was at first a high pulse and scary experience but you get used to it after two three rides. You definitely have ta have a 4X4 car. Don’t count on the WiFi all the time here but on the over hand this is not the place to enjoy anything but nature and the different views at the lake from the house. Everything was taken care for ex, the pool was cleaned every morning....

"Wir waren eine Woche im April im Ferienhaus mit 2 Familien und 1 Hund. Das Haus ist sehr hübsch, auch wenn es schon die ein oder andere Macke hat. Das Grundstück ist einfach super toll und die Lage in Seenähe super. Hinsichtlich Sauberkeit und vorhandenem Inventar gab es nichts zu meckern. Aber Achtung bei der Vor-Ort-Zahlung von Energie und anderen Leistungen. Uns wurde zu Beginn eine Vorauszahlung in Rechnung gestellt, die wir bar bezahlt haben. Darin Reinigung, Hundeaufschlag, Bettwäsche,...

"Die Beschreibung des Objektes könnte besser sein. Wlan nur im oberen Geschoss vorhanden. Klimaanlage nur in der Küche vorhanden. In der unteren Wohnung keine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Warum man die beiden Wohnungen nicht mit einander verbunden hat ist unverständlich. Die Liegestühle sind für Leute mit Gelenkproblemen nicht geeignet."

"Beautiful views and very quiet. Family very friendly and welcoming. Lots to do in the area. The nearby swimming pool is great on hot days! One minor issue is that it would be nice to be able to buy basics eg bread locally. (We ended up driving to local town 1 mile away). Apart from that, all in all a great place to stay."

"We had the best time! The property was extremely well maintained! The villa is beautiful and CLEAN! Well appointed and the towels were wonderfully large! The children enjoyed the pool and yard - again well maintained. Our plan is to return! Staying at the villa made our trip to Italy pure joy. "We loved the gardens and terraces. Fornello is a very peaceful village away from the business of the Lake. Gargnano is a lovely town to explore and to sit by the Lake. A wonderful holiday "

"We got married on Lake Garda and had the pleasure of staying at la commisseria - everything was perfect! Riccardo and Marina went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable- they even let us come and see their new puppies! 20/10 recommend for anyone staying in the Gardone area!"

"Ein super schönes Haus mit dem Charm aus Alt und Neu! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, dem Service war auch nichts entgegenzusetzten, auch dieser war perfekt und sehr sehr freundlich. Was anzumerken ist sind die hohen Kosten für Heizung, die extra dazu kommen. Es gibt aber auch einen Pelletsofen den haben wir genutzt, dazu konnten wir uns die Pellets nach bedarf aus dem kleinen Einkaufsladen wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt selbst besorgen. "Le lac d’Iseo et ses îles propose un paysage absolument magnifique. Le logement d’Andrea, situé dans une belle propriété familiale, propose une vue magnifique. Il a beaucoup de charme, dispose d’une tres grande terrasse avec vue. Le réveil avec vue panoramique sur le lac est génial! Andréa a été tres réactif dans les échanges avant notre arrivée et adorable avec nous lors de notre séjour."

"Unser Aufenthalt war schön und das Apartment hat uns sehr gefallen. Da wir ein Krabbelkind haben, habe ich den Boden bei Ankunft sauber machen müssen, da dieser nicht gewischt war. Dies hat mich aber nicht gestört. Felicita war super zuvorkommend und flexibel. Als uns etwas im Haushalt gefehlt hat, hat sie uns ungehend jemanden vorbeigeschickt. Wir können den Aufenthalt für Familien sehr empfehlen."

"The apartment was very comfortable, exceptionally clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and right on the lake. I have nothing but good things to say about our host/owner. Very friendly, accomodating, he gave us some great tips and made us feel at home. I/we would def. stay here again!"

"Schon die Begrüßung war überaus freundlich, die Tage dann einfach wie im Paradies, natürlich tat auch das Wetter dazu sein bestes. Ruhig, idyllisch, phantastische Aussichten. Es ist alles im Haus was für einen entspannten, ruhigen Urlaub nötig ist. Die Strasse hinter dem Haus ist wirklich nicht erwähnenswert, Ein-und Ausfahren zum Parkplatz, zu zweiten auch kein Thema. "Fantastic grounds and swimming pool. Nice view over the southern part of the lake. Very quiet location, car recommended. Spacious accommodation but in need of a revamp. Kitchen had pans etc but no kettle or toaster and nothing to clean dishes with. "

"Incredibly friendly staff, especially Naomi was very helpful and cheerful. The room spacious and clean, and to me a very comfortable bed, the bathroom is large and clean, though for the size the shower could have been a little bigger, the balcony had a lovely view over the garden and across the lake. Great space to sit and relax. Nice kitchenette if you do wish to cook. The bar has a great view. Again with frendily staff. Swimming pool area available and some pleasant relax areas. Good value...
