Charming mountain home, just minutes from Lake Garda

Located in the quiet of the mountain, but just minutes from the attractions of Lake Garda, Loredana House is a detached house, recently renovated, located on two floors. On the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with fireplace. On the first floor a double bedroom with separate bathroom with bath, and a second bedroom with separate bathroom with shower, connected by a small bedroom with a bunk bed for two people. Loredana house comfortably accommodates 6 persons and is rented for a minimum of three days up to a maximum of 30 days. The rent of the house includes entry to the nearby outdoor swimming pool for all our guests.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wer den üblichen Trubel sucht, ist dort fehl am Platz. Ruhe pur, viele Wanderwege, mittelalterliches Dorf, ländlich. Hoch über dem See (30 Minuten mit dem Auto Abfahrt bis zu einem Strand am See über Serpentinen). Es gibt viel zu entdecken.

Fantastisch

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in een typisch Italiaans dorp, waarbij ook de inwoners enorm gastvrij zijn. Heel fijn dat er een gezellige bar met eetgelegenheid en kleine supermarkt is. De eigenaar van het huis is bijzonder betrokken en gastvrij en spreekt meerdere talen. Onze hond is meer dan gastvrij ontvangen in de woning, het dorp en de gehele omgeving. De woning is heerlijk koel. Het nabij gelegen zwembad met bar, ligstoelen, tafeltennis en voetbaltafel ook heerlijk. Zeker een aanrader.

Het was aangenaam vertoeven in dit huis waar alles op en aan was, zeer complete accommodatie. De gastheer is supervriendelijk. Het dorp waar het gelegen is, is mooi en het zwembad dewelke nabij gelegen is een plus! Aanrader!

Wunderschöne Woche in Prabione

Wir haben als Familie mit Kindern (8, 14) eine tolle Woche in Prabione, hoch über dem Gardasee verbracht. Das Haus liegt mitten im Dorf mit einer Veranda und großem Tisch davor. Es ist innen geräumig und rustikal bis modern (geschmackvoll) eingerichtet. Bis auf eine Spülmaschine haben wir nichts vermisst. Gianni ist ein toller, äußerst hilfsbereiter und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Wir fanden ihn super nett und haben die Unterhaltungen mit ihm und seine Gastfreundschaft sehr genossen. Prabione ist ein übersichtliches Dorf. Wir hatten keinerlei Bedenken, die Kinder alleine los zu schicken. Das kleine Freibad ist familiär und bietet Tischtennis, Tischkicker und ein Kleinspielfeld (Fußball). Der andere Treffpunkt im Dorf ist die Bar Lilly 2.0, offen von früh morgens bis spät abends mit einem kleinen Laden für das Nötigste und sehr netten Betreibern. Im Hauptort Gardola (25 Minuten zu Fuß) gibt es dann praktisch alles (Automechaniker, Friseur, Supermarkt, Pizzeria, Ölmühle mit lokalen Bioprodukten, Wochenmarkt und Gelateria haben wir in Anspruch genommen). Um an den Gardasee zum Baden zu kommen gibt es einen Shuttle-Bus, der mit der Tignale-App und Registrierung kostenlos ist und auch von Prabione (öfter von Gardola) aus nach Pra della Fam fährt. Die Parkplätze am See sind knapp ... Persone molto simpatiche, bellissimo paesaggio, casa accogliente: vacanza perfetta.

Schöner Aufenthalt in den Bergen am Gardasee

Tignale

Der Vermieter war sehr nett und freundlich. Das Haus war sehr ordentlich und sauber, nur kann man den Gardasee nicht vom Haus aus sehen. Dazu dauert die Fahrt vom See bis zum Haus etwa 20 Minuten mit dem Auto und allgemeine ist es fast unmöglich die Umgebung ohne ein Auto zu erreichen. Im Vergleich zum Comosee ist die Fahrt mit den Fähren sehr umständlich und man sollte im Hinterkopf behalten, dass im Juli alles voll mit Touristen ist und sehr heiß.

Wunderbare Gegend, mitten in den Bergen, ohne überlaufen zu sein. Das Ferienhaus ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Mitnahme unseres Hundes war auch kein Problem. Leider kann man den See nicht direkt vom Ferienhaus sehen. Das war das einzige Manko unseres Aufenthaltes. Gerne wieder, vielen Dank für die schönen Tage

Haben uns super wohl gefühlt!

Hallo, nachdem wir 2 Paare (1 Paar mit Kind) waren, war die Wohnung für uns perfekt. Im Erdgeschoss gemeinsam Küche und Wohnzimmer, nach oben geht es getrennte Wege. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Unser Vermieter ist super nett und absolut hilfsbereit. Kurz um - wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Alles war prima!

Das Haus sehr geräumig, mit zwei Bädern und zwei Schlafräumen. Wir als fünfköpfige Familie haben uns wunderbar arrangiert und es fehlte uns nicht. Der Balkon ist sehr schön mit dem Blick auf die Berge und in den Innenhof. Leider liegt es wirklich sehr abgelegen, was uns etwas schwerfiel. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea war ausgezeichnet und wir möchten uns bei ihr und ihrem Onkel bedanken für die schönen Tage in ihrem Haus - rivedere!

Für uns - Ehepaar mit 2 Mädchen 4 und 7 - war es ein traumhaft schöner Urlaub in dem alles gepasst hat. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und vollständig eingerichtet/ausgestattet. In der näheren Umgebung - auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar - ist alles für uns Notwendige vorhanden: Supermarkt, Restaurants, Bars, Spielplatz, Freibad, Klettergarten und ganz viel Ruhe und Natur. Absolut herausragend ist auch der Kontakt zum und die Versorgung durch das total liebe Vermieterpaar (wohnen nebenan). Wir kommen auf jeden Fall und sehr gerne wieder.

Charming and full of character

Beautiful views and very quiet. Family very friendly and welcoming. Lots to do in the area. The nearby swimming pool is great on hot days! One minor issue is that it would be nice to be able to buy basics eg bread locally. (We ended up driving to local town 1 mile away). Apart from that, all in all a great place to stay.

In Prabione kann man dem Massentourismus am Gardasee entgehen - ein kleines gemütliches Dorf mit schönem Schwimmbad inmitten der Berge - hoch über dem Gardasee.

schöner Aufenthalt - jederzeit gerne wieder!

Wir haben tolle Tage in Prabione erlebt. Alles wie beschrieben, keine bösen Überraschungen ;-) Da eine Baustelle die Straße vorm Haus versperrte, wurden wir vom Vater der Vermieterin abgeholt und zum Haus gebracht. Sehr netter Kontakt zu allen - daher jederzeit gerne wieder! Hier fühlt man sich wie zu Hause. Die Kinder waren begeistert vom Spielplatz ein paar Minuten entfernt, zum Baden im Freibad wars leider noch zu kalt - sah aber sehr schön aus.
