  • Sie wohnen in meinem Gartenhaus mit eigenem Eingang, nicht weit vom See, umgeben von Oliven- und Zitronenbäumen. Es sind für Sie ein privater Parkplatz für 2 PKW sowie Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder vorhanden. Die Altstadt von Limone mit ihren vielfältigen Möglichkeiten ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, ebenso der nahe Strand.

    Das Haus ist ebiday and und einen direkten Zugang zum Garten, auch dort können Sie in Ruhe und ungestört ihren Urlaub genießen. Ebenfalls finden Sie im Aussenbereich eine schöne Essecke.

    Mein Gartenhaus ist ca. 50qm groß, verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit offenem Kamin, einen Esstisch sowie TV und eine Stereoanlage, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, eine Küche mit Gasherd usw. und einen Schlafbereich, der durch eine Trennwand von Küche und Wohnzimmer abgeteilt ist.

This superb property is hosted by a most charming Italian lady, Patricia. She has furnished it to match her amazing taste and equipped it very well. The house sleeps 3 and the whole glass facade looks out to the beautifully kept garden with comfortable lawn furniture, which is lit up at night and view to the lake in the day. It sits up the hill from the lake but a 10 minute walk to the local supermarket and fruit shop and a taxi back if you dont feel like an uphill walk. The ferry trip to Riva is superb and the town Limonai sul garda is 10 mins walk. ( i had a car, am lazy). I cannot recommend this place and the hostess Patrizia enough.

Traumhaft

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt im Lemonhaus. Das Haus und die Lage waren perfekt. Die Gastgeberin immer hilfsbereit und mit guten Tipps zur Umgebung zur Seite. Der Gardasee ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt und dort gab es auch trotz Hochsaison ruhige Plätze. Der Gardasee und Umgebung hat uns wegen der vielfältigen Möglichkeiten sehr gefallen. Wir werden das Lemonhaus und die liebe Patrizia bestimmt wieder besuchen.

Eine Oase der Ruhe und Entspannung

Gemeinsam mit unserem Hund haben wir einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub in Limone Sul Garda verbracht. Patty´s Lemonhouse ist von der Besitzerin Patrizia mit sehr viel Herzblut eingerichtet worden. Bis ins kleinste Detail ist alles perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt. Die gesamte Ausstattung/ Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig, gepflegt und extrem sauber. Der Garten ist eingezäunt. Patrizia ist eine überaus sympathische Gastgeberin, immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und niemals aufdringlich. Ihre Herzlichkeit hat dazu beigetragen, dass Patty´s Lemonhouse für uns eine Oase der Ruhe und Entspannung war. Der Garten mit Seeblick und die Terrasse sind ein Traum. Die Olivenbäume spenden angenehmen Schatten. Wer möchte, kann dennoch den ganzen Tag Sonne pur genießen. Traumurlaub in Limone

Unser Aufenthalt in Limone Sul Garda war traumhaft. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten mit Zitronen- und Olivenbäumen. Es ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist optimal. Etwas abseits vom Trubel aber alles fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Unsere Gastgeberin hat uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Ein Urlaub dort ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Ruhige Lage und trotzdem mittendrin

Ein lauschiges Plätzchen, ein gemütliches, geräumiges, durchdachtes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht (Öl, Essig, Gewürze, Zucker, Salz und Pfeffer) und man ist ziemlich schnell im Ortskern. Patrizia ist eine hilfsbereite und liebevolle Gastgeberin. Sie gibt viele gute Tipps und ist immer für einen da. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten tolle Tage.

Das ansprechende Haus liegt in einem schönen Garten welcher terrassiert nach Osten abfällt. Man genießt so den Sonnenaufang über den Gardasee hinweg. . Einge Meter entfernt wohnt, auf dem gleiche Grundstück, die charmante Besitzerin Patrizia. Die aureichend große Wohnfläche besteht aus einem Raum mit einem seperaten Bad mit Tageslicht. Alles was benötigt wird ist vorhanden. Die Entfernung zur Altstadt laut Googel -Maps 40 Minuten. Hunde zahlen 15 Euro pro Tag!

Erholung pur inmitten von Oliven- und Zitronenbäumen

Wir sind von Patrizia sehr herzlich empfangen worden, alles war so, wie beschrieben. Der Weg zum Supermarkt, zu den Restaurants und zum See sind nicht weit. Wir hatten einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub in Limone sul Garda. Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen.

einfach nur grandios

Das Häuschen liegt in einem sehr schönen Garten mit Olivenbäumen und Blick auf den See. Die Einrichtung ist äusserst geschmackvoll, es fehlt an nichts. Eine absolute Oase der Ruhe. Ausserdem war der Kontakt zur Vermieterin sehr nett und sie hatte auch noch interessante Ausflugtips für uns.

Das Ferienhäuschen ist ideal für zwei Personen, die eine stylische Ausstattung mögen und bereits morgens auf der Terrasse mit Blick zum Monte Baldo frühstücken und am Abend die Berge leuchten sehen wollen. Patrizia ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin steht für alle Fragen und Tipps zur Verfügung. Nebenbei gibt es noch Tomaten aus Ihrem Garten. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß in Limone und kann unbeschwert den Tag oder auch den Abend dort geniessen. Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Gartenhaus in mediteraner Umgebung

Wir haben uns in dem kleinen Gartenhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war liebevoll ausgestattet mit allem, was wir benötigten. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse unter uralten Olivenbäumen war einmalig, dazu der Blick auf den Gardasee. Wunderschön! Unsere Gastgeberin Patrizia ist mit Leib und Seele für ihre Gäste da und sie kennt sich in der Region bestens aus. Wer bei ihr Urlaub macht, ist in guten Händen. Eine Oase der Ruhe und der Inspiration

Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub in Limone verlebt dank einer wunderbaren Wohnung und dank einer engagierten und inspirierenden Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend im Olivenhain abseits des Tourismus aber doch mittendrin. Die Terrasse lud mit ihrem traumhaften Blick auf den Gardasee zum Verweilen ein ebenso wie die gemütlich und individuell eingerichtete Wohnung, die Abkühlung bot, wenn die HItze mal zu viel wurde. Zu unserem Wohlbefinden trug aber auch Patrizia bei, die uns in ihrem "Reich" sehr herzlich aufgenommen hat und ihre Begeisterung für ihre Heimat mit Tips und wertvollen Anregungen zu Stränden und Aktivitäten an uns weitergegeben hat. Vielen lieben Dank dafür, Patrizia! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Herrliche Unterkunft und super Gastgeberin!!

Wir haben als Familie mit unserem Sohn und unserem Hund eine rundum gelungene Woche in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr geschmackvoll und detailverliebt eingerichtet und läßt keine Wünsche offen. Vom Garten hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf den Gardasee und die Berge und kann den Tag hier gemütlich ausklingen lassen. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und dennoch sehr zentral, so dass man die Stadt, den See und andere Lokalitäten bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Eine bessere Gastgeberin als Patrizia kann man sich als Urlauber nicht wünschen. Sie hatte immer tolle Tipps für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt für uns, egal ob es Restaurants, Strände oder Ausflüge waren und verwöhnte uns mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten und Leckereien aus dem eigenen Garten. Danke dafür!! Kurzum für uns eine perfekte und enstspannende Woche die viel zu schnell vorbeiging. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Mathias und Kristin
