"We did not get the rooms that we booked. We were supposed to have two rooms with a Lakeview and balcony. One room was supposed to have 2 beds and neither did. The staff at the hotel had no resolution and it was already charged to our card."

"Amazing beautiful location in a lovely village. Gianni was a very friendly host as was his dog Luna. The rooms were very spacious for five of us and having two full bathrooms was a real bonus. We loved the free pool which was a short walk away. Thanks for a great stay!"

"not a king size bed as advertised, ants all in the kitchen, no toilet paper and we had to rent the towels and sheets. no coffee maker, cheap pots and pans. no cleaning soap. no sofa, only a rock hard futon to seat on. The view from the balcony was great and the indoor pool was not available."
