Great location and lovely room Really liked the terrace to sit on late afternoon but it was a shame you couldn’t get a drink and had to leave the hotel and bring one back Good breakfast choice

We love our stay at Piroscarfo, great location. We didn't like having to go up lots of stairs to our room as it was difficult with our luggage. We weee only told last minute we would need to use 2 flights of stairs to get to our room. Overall it was great.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Brilliantly situated and so picturesque-really enjoyed sitting out and soaking up the atmosphere and views. Breakfast was amazing and the staff are really helpful. We will definitely be returning.

We were greeted with a friendly welcome and check in was smooth. We had a lovely comfortable room with a balcony looking over a small harbour. The continental breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Lots of Restaurants and shops around the hotel. Short walk to the lakeside and Ferry. All staff friendly and helpful.

The location is fantastic. Easily connected to train bus and particularly the ferries Rooms need more storage and surfaces to organise belongings Aircon is centrally controlled at 20 degrees which was not pleasant in 35 degree heat this week. Aircon should be managed by the user not the hotel reception

Lovely stay great location for bars restaurants and the ferry terminal. Beautiful view from the balcony. Only complaint about the room was the shelf above the headboard which we did hit our head on a couple of times. Loved the blackout blinds and the room was very quiet with the doors closed. Loved the included breakfast. The staff were lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Small room but bathroom modern and clean. Balcony overlooked the square which was busy and noisy at night but wasn’t too late and the power window shutter blocked a lot out. Breakfast was on terrace and nice. Staff were lovely. They were excellent. Station is up the hill. We took a taxi as it was too hot. Nice hotel.
