Bright villa on the hills of Lake Garda

The villa completely immersed in the green hills, but less than two km from the lake, offers three welcoming bedrooms, furnished according to three different themes.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, the first romantic in shades of pink has a private balcony, the second is a bright room with soft and relaxing colors overlooking the garden and the surrounding valley. Also on this floor there is a bathroom with shower and the dining room with kitchen. The kitchen is new and is equipped with a dishwasher, an espresso coffee machine, an American coffee machine and a briches warmer. The dining room on one side has a balcony overlooking the garden and on the other an intimate porch surrounded by ancient trees. In addition, both are equipped with air conditioning.
The lower floor can be accessed both from the outside and from the inside through a spiral staircase. Here there is a double bedroom with bathroom and shower and a sitting room with television, which overlooks a porch immersed in the green garden. In this floor it will also be possible to add a cot or a camping cot on request.
The whole house and garden are equipped with free wi-fi service.
The garden is perfectly fenced and cars can be safely parked inside.
Small and not too naughty dogs are welcome, also in summer it will be possible to see around the garden a water turtle who likes to escape from the pond.
This accommodation is ideal both in the winter months because it is a very welcoming house, and in the summer months as its position allows you not to suffer from the heat, in fact we are in a fairly ventilated area.
