And we really enjoyed being able to walk out straight to the market. The parking was easy to find, however, the directions for the apartment were hard. The app did not work for us off-line and it would have been better to have a pdf from an email with simpler directions, such as the door to the left of The Stripey Sheep Boutique,...

"Excellent accommodation, spotlessly clean, fully equipped kitchen (everything you could possibly need). It was like a home from home. The only slight negative was that the beds were very soft, but that's just personal preference. Whitbarrow village itself was very well maintained with a lovely bar/restaurant area. We would definitely return."

"We had a wonderful stay in this cosy, quiet cottage with plenty of space and everything you needed. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked but, you will need to bring any essentials salt and pepper, oil, etc. very nice pet welcome pack and packs of welcome with tea and cleaning items. There is a village shop nearby and several pub restaurants. There are a number of great walks on your doorstep from easy to more challenging without needing drive.. A beautiful area to explore so...

"Gorgeous place lots of space inside and out and lovely and cool in this weather. Easy to access spacious rooms, comfy bed only thing is we did have to move the bed to put our travel cot in there and some dust bunnies under bed but not the end of the world would 100% stay again"
