"Lovely well appointed rooms, very clean and the bed was very comfortable! Shower head didn’t look like it would give a great shower but actually was quite powerful. The breakfast buffet was perfect- lots of choice all excellent quality and now im going to have to buy a waffle maker for home! Would definitely stay again, perfect location for the arena which was why we were In birmingham. Highly recommend"

"Very basic and budget, it was what i needed it to be for 1 night. Hotel a little run down, walls a little dirty and it felt very inpersonal with the staff. Great location as it was opposite the train station. I was a solo femal traveller and felt safe. I wouldn't recommend staying here if your looking for a luxury stay or more then 1 night but if looking for a cheap night then this is the place."

"A comfortable, clean room and good tea facilities. Breakfast in the morning catered widely with fresh food, cheerful greeting, self service and catered well for gluten free. Fantastic staff to greet you when you first arrive and help with anything you may ask. I would definitely return whenever travelling to Birmingham. Thank you. "
