The View Hotel

The View Hotel

8/10 Good
"The hotel looks much better than the online pictures, we had a standard king room the bed was comfortable pillows were a let down, there were no privacy blinds or nets and our room was over looked so we had to have the thick curtains closed when in the room for privacy so no natural light. The room had air conditioning which was set to 18°c which was cold but even than when turned up to 26°c it was still blowing out cold air. Then at about 11:00 pm it started making a clanking noise on and off by morning I think it just stopped working or it was on a timer, by the next evening we had figured out how to stop the cold air and the clanking had stopped so had a bit better sleep. The breakfast was ok toasters very slow. For a hotel of this size I was expecting a spa would have been a nice touch. The hotel is right on the sea front so great location for beach and theatres"
