Britannia Hotel Manchester

Britannia Hotel Manchester

8/10 Good
"Hotel still looks impressive and beautiful in parts, while looking behind the curtains will reveal how tired it is some places; my personal opinion as someone who has stayed there several times: if you can live with small flaws and don't need a modern decor in the rooms, the Britannia offers good value for money and the location is just perfect (very central); please also keep in mind that room prices are usually below those of other hotels in the area."

"We use this hotel as the bedrooms are large and the beds very comfortable. The shuttle service is also very useful. This is an automated hotel. You are expected to do everything yourself or via a qr scan. It sucks. As we arrived 30 minutes before check in, the automated check in wanted to charge us £30 for an early check in. I went to reception where a lovely human checked us in immediately for free. When will management learn???"
