"Room was good, hotel seemed clean and modern and was in a great location. We couldnt work out how to get the discount for the car park and there was no staff around in the morning to ask, also the window in the room didnt open at all and it wasnt proper air con so felt a bit stuffy in the room, but otherwise was perfect for what we needed."

"I been using this hotel for a couple of years I paid the price all amenities were included now apparently when you book a room the spa is no longer included they wanted £40 more on top of the £152 I had already paid for the room that used to include the spa with the room booking price . It’s now a big rip off . Also black pubic hair over the bathroom floor NOT MINE . Breakfast quality very poor left most of cooked breakfast . It’s no longer a good choice to stay at this hotel"

"Staff were very helpful. There are some renovations ongoing at the moment. I was initially given a room that was still being renovated, so walked into a room with dust sheets on the floor and missing furniture. Staff were very apologetic and gave me 2 complimentary drinks at the bar while they prepared another room. Breakfast was amazing, really good quality and delicious"

"Bedding had a hole in it bed not comfy no were to put anything no tables or anything nothing to make a hot drink with unless you went back down to reception no parking had to pay 24 pounds for parking which then had to wak around to the hotel "

"The rooms were lovely and clean, parking was not intuitive but the staff put us right as soon as we checked about it. The breakfast was not our typical food, although the coffee was great. We would stay again as the location was perfect for our needs and the staff excellent."

"I booked the room months in advance. About 1-2 weeks beore my arrival I got a generic email saying there would be noise from events during my stay. I expected a reasonable distant level of noise. What I got on the Saturday evening was a very loud singer and music in a stage area directly beneath my room. The floor was vibrating! I asked to move, but was told there were no more rooms. Having had a long journey to the hotel, I was not impressed.This loudness went on for hours until midnight. On the Sunday evening there was a wedding disco also directly beneath my room which was also loud. The hotel should not have let out the room. It was an experience I never wish to repeat! NEVER AGAIN!"
