Experience Manager, Ambassador Rigoberto, Jorge at the main pool ( he took great care when we used cabanas and greeted us nicely every day), Sebastian at the adult pool and all the other great team members we encountered after checking in. "The waiters were great, we got water all over the first night from turning off the AC unit and they moved us but when we went back down a couple of hours later to ask about something else my wife and I were scolded by a lady at the front deck. No ever told us not to turn off the AC "
"This property is starting to show its age, but is still in good condition. It is well maintained, with the exception of the natural gray concrete walking surfaces (stairs and walkway trim) which badly needed pressure washing. It is family oriented. It has a racially and ethnically mixed variety of guests. Everyone was friendly, and even though the alcoholic drinks were included in the "all inclusive" price, I didn’t see anyone who was obviously intoxicated. The service was first rate. My family and I spent a week there, and we are very pleased with the experience."
