"Fabulously friendly and relaxing hotel! Thank you!"

"It was a wonderful stay the room very spacious, the service very nice, quiet just what I needed "

"Beautiful property, delicious food."

"Super hôtel, fabulous staff, excellent restaurant and the most relaxing pool side "

"The camp was beautiful. The tent is truly 5 stars. The breakfast was amazing. The only downside is that you have to go to the Barcelo resort for lunch and dinner, and unfortunately we didn’t like the food. We would’ve liked to eat traditional marrocan food but the restaurant was closed our only night there and on the hotel app, it stated opened so we waited until our reservation to realize it was closed. My kids really enjoyed the kids club"

"Wonderful place for a relaxing holiday and yet down town Marrakesh is easily accessable (about £8 by uber). The palace is amazing and the swimming pool area truly luxurious. Friendly and helpul staff and the food was gorgeous too. The only very minor issue we had was a lack of coffee making facilities in our suite (that would have been good and could so easily be addressed). If we go back to Marrakesh we will stay there again! 🤗"

"Le service ainsi que l'accueil, un grand merci à Abdallah pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité il a été aux petits soins"

"Wonderful stay"

"Excellent stay, ideal for resting from the frenzy of downtown Marrakech, lovely team and impeccable service, highly recommended"

"Get there for some relaxing time. Staff is incredible. The hotel is amazing. "

"The staff is outstanding and the service is excellent, the rooms are in a real bad condition. The cleanliness is not great. The rooms in general are worn and need a massive renovation. The property is in a quite and enjoyable setting. From the rooftop you can see the Atlas Mountains on a clear day. If the property was in a good shape, I would have give it a 5 out 5."

"Cleaner was amazing as were the lady's in the spa and at reception Other waiters and bar staff gave excuses that weren't true we were told many different reasons for the a la cart restaurant being closed the whole time we were there and the food in the main was not the best check meat is cooked through animation staff great and really nice pool always got a sun bed"

"We have long loved caravanserie So charming - lovely pool Gorgeous architecture- not posh but delightful - staff still lovely However - the food used to be quite good Not so now And the interiors of the shared spaces a little shabby "

"Great place! When I visit Marrakech again I will book it again for sure"

"Every thing was wandrful"

"Good apartment nicely decorated clean and good breakfast "
