"The hotel needs some updating. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The bathtub was almost impossible to get into and very dangerous getting out of. The breakfast as okay but the coffee wasn’t very good. I loved the location and the old world charm of this hotel. Our room was big and the view from our balcony was lovely. "

The room was perfect with a balcony, a really comfortable bed, and an amazing shower. The staff was fantastic and so helpful. 10/10 for me, no complaints and we will stay here again the next time we are in Palermo. "
