When we communicated to property management we were told, we know but there is nothing we can do about it. The apartment was very dirty and the property in general is lacking of basic maintenance. Also none of the bike worked and the launders facility is a joke"

Wish we could have stayed Longer.Well laid out apartment, with a lovely shower Toilet and bidet between the bedrooms with a separate cloakroom off the Lounge. The property had a Laundry room which was brilliant.The kitchen was nicely laid out with good cooking facilities including a microwave and also there was a Dishwasher.We would love to stay there again."

"This property was amazing!! Host was prompt and professionally. Rooftop terrace, OMG, wonderful! Great walkable, close to metro, restaurants, waterfront, city bus transportation!! Very clean and welcoming. Beds were firm, but very comfortable, and linens, smelled great!!! Air conditioning was a true plus, for American tourists!!! Laura was the perfect host!! "The house was lovely and looked just like the photos! We had such a lovely holiday. The pool and the seating area beside it were very relaxing (although there were a couple of broken chairs) and there was a kitchen area with most of the things you need for a holiday stay - fridge, oven/hob, dining tables, cutlery and crockery, etc. Host was welcoming and very helpful on check-in and throughout our stay. Electricity costs were extra, but this was well explained and clear from the outset. ...

"I would like to sincerely thank the wonderful staff at the hotel—Nino, Yassir, Maurizio, Antonio, Carmelo, Canneline, and Kusheu—for making our stay so enjoyable. Every one of them was friendly, professional, and attentive, providing exceptional service from the moment we arrived until we checked out. They truly made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The breakfast was outstanding every morning. There was an impressive selection of both continental and hot breakfast items, with something for everyone. The buffet included a wide variety of cold cuts, cheeses, fresh salads, eggs, bacon, sausages, Italian pastries and desserts, breads, fresh fruit, coffee, and much more. Everything was fresh, plentiful, and delicious. It was one of the highlights of our stay. The hotel's location is excellent and makes it easy to explore the surrounding area. Parking is provided through a third-party service and is included in the cost of the hotel, which was very convenient. The air conditioning worked well during our stay in July 2026, especially when it was left running continuously, which helped keep the room comfortable during the warm summer weather. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, an excellent breakfast, and a great location. We would not hesitate to stay here again. "

"So after arriving from A 24 hr travel to get there, we just wanted to get to our room which was a beautiful kingsize bed and view of the water….We were asked over and over if we wanted to see the junior suit. We said sure but was not told the price…when we saw our room originally we loved it… then she brought us to see the upgrade room and continued to say we can do it for 500 more… I told my husband something is up… it can’t be… I said no at first and she kept saying only 500 more and we said ok fine… we signed that it was 500 more for the up grade. We were tired and got in very late and were hungry so we wanted to begin our vacation. I in the back of my mind thought wow this is amazing but something is up. When we checked out we were slapped with a bill of DOUBLE THE AMOUNT WE ORIGINALLY HAD! So we told them we would have Never of upgraded in the first place but she told us 500 more. We went back and forth and even though after MUCH EMBARRASSMENT WE PAID 500 a night..1500more which we should have never accepted but at this point we had to settle up and needed to leave. The paper at the bottom we signed said small letters AMOUNT ONTOP OF…the price looked the same as the original with 500 more. VERY deceiving …We were taken advantage of. I should have filmed her saying over and over only 500 more. Also just should have stuck to my gut and said NO!"
