İşletmeyle iletişim sorunluydu. Karşımızda canlı bir muhatap yoktu. İşletmenin isteği üzerine online check-in yaptığımız halde kapıda tekrar yapmak zorunda kaldık. Apartmana giriş bilgilerini zamanında göndermedikleri için kapıda 1 saat bekletildik. Bunun 15 dakikası da şehir vergisini ödememizle geçti; bunu ödemeden giriş bilgilerini vermediler. Kapıda 1 saat bekledikten sonra içeri girdik ama bizi bir kötü sürpriz daha bekliyordu: asansör bozukmuş. Daracık merdivenlerde elimizde bavulumuzla 5 kat tırmanmak zorunda kaldık. Apartman iyiydi ama acil çıkışı yoktu. Bir yangın çok büyük felaketlere yol açabilir.
