Comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. It would have been difficult to find had I not watched the Limelight Arts Travel Hotel Codega video on YouTube. It gives excellent directions from the Rialto Alilaguna stop.

Loved staying at this hotel, which was only a 10min walk from the airport waterbus and similar to the main sites. Very friendly reception staff who showed the main sites and some useful places for food. The room was really quiet as it was facing the inside (room 7). Amenities provided were fine and bottled water was offered all the time. Would definitely stay here again

Amazing hotel! This place really deserves 5 stars! The staff is on point with their service, super friendly and helpful. The location is great as well, 5 min walk to San Marco plaza and 10 min walk to Rialto bridge. It’s also 2 min walk to Sta Maria del Giglio which is the stop that will take you to/from the airport at a cost of 15€ (one way) rather than spending a fortune in a taxi. Two guests were greeted warmly and everything efficiently taken care of. Friendly & helpful staff; generally very quiet and peaceful accommodation. Fabulous hotel perfectly placed near St Mark's Sq and the water buses. We saw people lugging cases for miles!
Free mini bar offering coke, beer and water which was great as drinks out are pricey. Coffee on tap all day. Comfy beds.
Our room overlooked their little courtyard so was very quiet. As nothing is perfect the bath is quite small, but is the only thing I can think of.

Beautiful hotel & it's in a great location for Rialto Bridge & St Mark's Square so we would highly recommend.
There is a free shuttle bus/water taxi from hotel pier that takes you to Murano where you are shown how they make the Murano glass. You are then shown round a very beautiful but expensive showroom. They then show you to the gift shop if you don't make a purchase but there is no obligation to purchase anything.

An amazing stay for our 25th wedding anniversary. The hotel staff could not be more accommodating and we truly felt the 5 star experience here.
Sadly, on our anniversary we were not able to stay in our room during the day as they had routine electrical maintenance which meant we could not use any water or power until 4.30pm, which would have been nice to know about before we travelled and before requesting breakfast in our room. But we understand this could not be helped.
