Beautiful family home with hot tub, near beach

Spacious and well-equipped 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in the heart of the beautiful English Riviera. Just 2 minutes’ walk to Paignton seafront, with the harbour and pier less than 10 minutes away along the beach. Features include a private garden with hot tub, free Wi-Fi, Netflix, and private parking. Pets and children are warmly welcomed.

Two king bedrooms can be split into separate beds, plus a double room, making 7 separate beds in total and sleeping up to 8 guests.

A welcome book with local tips is provided.

Please note: hot tub use between October–April incurs an extra charge of £50–£150, depending on the length of your stay.

Walking holiday

Fab house with everything you need for a great holiday, Lenka was very helpful and quick to reply. Location excellent for costal walks with plenty of restaurants and bars in Paignton or Torquay which is only 2.5 miles away. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location

Booking & communication with Lenka was very easy. She was super quick at dealing with enquiries & helpful. The property is in an ideal location for lots of activities. I had 3 adults & 4 children and this property was a good size. All the bedrooms are a good size. The hot-tub is a nice touch. The garden is a small but we managed as we were out most of the day. A few issues with the shower but Lenka offered us refund for this. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of dog hairs on the floor & furniture, otherwise we loved staying here. Lenka was super polite & accomodating .
