"Staff are extremely helpful, although few things which are very important they should look into it. There were no basic toiletries like hand soap and shampoo, just on first day. I took with me probably the staff saw it and that's why they didn't bring it. They definitely need to do pest control. There was a mice in my room. I bought food and that's was £20. I threw it all away it literally going every where. Spoke to reception and they said they will change my room if I want but that's not solution. Please put your food somewhere where the mice can't reach. Like they have some top shelves which I used later on. The rest property condition, heating, toilets all good. "

"I wish we would stay here more as the place is spotless and close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park. For travelers coming from Heathrow this is a great spot as the Elisabeth Line 11 min away."

"If you prefer nature and history, this location is perfect. Upon arrival it was a short walk from Paddington Station when travelling from Heathrow. Directly across the road from Hyde Park and a short walk to Kensington Palace, Royal Albert Hall, and Diana’s memorial. Having a tube station directly underneath the hotel was perfect for the novice London visitor. The concierge, bellhops, hospitality desk, room service, and housekeeping was attentive to every details and very helpful in a timely manor. The rooms are small but efficient. Reminded me of a cruise ship stateroom. "

"Hotel is great, we stayed with 2 kids and 3 adults in a bunkbed, twin, and double bed room. Beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. We liked how close it was to Hyde park and Kensington Gardens. Check in was very smooth and the staff are all very friendly "
