"We were greeted by Mel and Eva as we entered the hotel and they gave the best first impression ever! They were so helpful and we were able to check in early which was so nice, although they would have accommodated storing our luggage otherwise. The location was perfect with short walks to Paddington Station, restaurants, bus routs and hop on hop off bus pickup location. The hotel was spotless and there was always someone at the front desk. Would highly recommend."

"This hotel is a great value. The location, near Paddington, offers easy access to the sites as well as numerous restaurants nearby. The rooms are small but breakfast is included and everything is clean. And the staff is lovely. We were there during a heat wave and they put out cold water and ice for us! There’s no AC but I was just fine with the fan even though it was in the 90s. "

"Hotel is in a great location. Rooms are clean and not absolutely tiny like a lot of hotels. Air conditioning is great. Staff are brilliant and were amazing getting lost property back to me!"

"Very good location near Paddington train station. The staff was accommodating to let us bring our luggage early and store it for us until we checked in later. Same the day we checked out — we could leave our luggage there while we did some sightseeing before our train left. The park across the street was a great place to eat lunch! (Carry-out). We would stay there again if we had similar travel options plans. "
