"I couldn't get in to the property. I arrived at around 7pm and put the code into the door lock and turned the handle only to find that the door was also locked with another lock I phoned the contact number on the booking confirmation only to find it was an office and nobody was there, so I left a message, I never had a reply. "I have an Apple iphone 17 and hotel didn’t provide the conversion socket in the room. When I asked the front desk, they only had a few and were all loan out to guests. Finally, the front desk staff was very helpful who lent me her own but had to use at the reception area. My recommendation is hotel shall prepare sufficient sockets for international travellers or remind guests from overseas to bring their own."
