"Very clean room. I arrived late (22.30) and the bar was shut, so I can only mention the brilliant room. Would definitely use again if in the area."

"I have stayed here a few times before. This time I needed to be at a meeting early in the morning so arrived at 9pm in the evening. We went straight to the bar to have a night cap. Unfortunately they were closing the bar “in 5 Mins” so only got one drink in before it closed. The air con in the room didn’t work so the small window in the room was all I had. Which means I had the curtains open to let as much air in as possible- not nice for a ground floor room that backed into cars. The electric car charger didn’t work, it started then kept failing. Trouble is every time you tray it takes £45 hold kn your bank."

"We were upgraded to a larger double room, thank you, and all of the amenities were great. The inn is very old and there were no level floors! The bathroom appeared to be newly refurbished and the large shower worked well. Although we skipped breakfast, we did have dinner and drinks, taking advantage of the early evening happy hour for drinks, and receiving a discount for using the BLC for food. Just a shame that the steak night offers weren’t available."

"Such a lovely tucked away space, perfect for our family of four looking for a quiet few days in the country. Modern bathrooms and amenities were great touches, and we loved being a short walk to the pubs. Wish we could've stayed longer!"
