"Super first floor flat. Accessed via outside stairs. Clean and very well presented. Close to pubs/restaurants/town centre. Right next to public car park. Host left milk/water for guests. We would have liked details of accessing the property a little sooner - we had to message to request them. Locating the key box was not quite as obvious as stated! But perfect for our needs. "It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation. In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy.
