"Paid £74 for a room with no kettle or TV, and wasn't even ensuit, so for me the price was about £24 too much, the bathroom was right next to my room, and the girl in another room was in and out to the bathroom all night, and then decided she was going to have a shower at 6.30am and then dry her hair, the room was comfortable and there was a kitchen and TV downstairs but nowhere to sit and watch TV as. The 1 armchair was covered in laundry and I didn't fancy sitting on a stool at the kitchen...

"Well what can I say this place is outstanding!! From the moment I walked in the door I was speechless it certainly has the WOW factor The house is jaw Droppingly Beautiful everybody who attended couldn’t believe how Beautiful it was. It was described as Stunning, Unbelievable, Amazing were just a few words used The photos do not do it justice!! The house was warm and inviting and had lovely cosy areas. The kitchen area became the hub of entertaining as it lended itself beautifully to cooking...

"Wonderful old house on great surrounds, although off a busy road. Unfortunately, kitchen not up to standard due to cleanliness and overall dirt everywhere. Oven desperately needs a good clean. Also plagued with flies seemingly living within the wall cervices. We enjoyed our stay after giving the place (kitchen in particular) a good clean."

"Had a lovely 4 night stay at Hawks Barn. It is a real home from home and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Awesome location for visiting the many sights the area has to offer, would have loved to have stayed longer."

"A well sized house for a family of 4 that was nice and tidy. There are some lovely walks in the woods you can explore without the need to drive. Winchester and Southampton are both a 15 minute drive and there are plenty of things to do with kids locally. We really appreciated Kerry putting up some holiday decorations for us as we were there over Christmas visiting family."
