The staff are so welcoming and the property is amazing. The garden is lovely and the room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Special shoutout for Moamen who was very helpful and welcoming to us. Thank you

Can't get a better location, near to Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Sq, Buckingham Palace...the hotel itself is immaculate, the double room was of a reasonable size, the bed so comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Shower was excellent, complimentary drinks on arrival and cookies and cranberry juice / water in the room. Downsides..not many, view was terrible and there was a slightly unusual smell in the room which you only really noticed first entering.

A wonderful hotel. Spacious, comfortable and clean room. Perfect location for shopping and eating and access to transport.

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

Excellent hotel in a great location. The room was gorgeous - clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable. The staff were all extremely friendly - customer service outstanding. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

I wasn't sure about booking this hotel, as I'd never heard of it. However it was amazing. It is small but that actually adds to the experience. We usually prefer larger hotels but this was truly 5*. It really feels like a special place. The staff all get the balance of attentive & friendly right. If we needed anything they seemed to arrive at just the right time. Nice location, quiet and clean. Surprised to see such a well stocked hotel room, felt like a home away from home. Fine touches, clean layout, good colour combinations in the room. Couldn't fault it. Had the room upgraded and staff were accommodating. Worth the trip

Unexpectedly upgraded to a suite, which was lovely. Stayed at Baileys multiple times over the past few years, a lovely, comfy, traditional London hotel with out the ostentatious bling. Friendly and helpful staff, stones throw from good transportation for London exploration. The only slight negative, no bedside clock, so had to check my phone or Ipad for time in the wee small hours.

Our stay at The Westminster was fabulous. The room was great and the staff vent above and beyond, especially VJ in the concierge team.

This is the 2nd time I stay at metropolitan by COMO. Very clean rooms , modern & chic. Everything in the room is controlled either from the phone or pressing a button which is so much fun and convenient. I'm also obsessed with the mini bar as it has variety of food and beverage not like other hotels. All staff from reception , concierge , room service etc are helpful and kind. I definitely recommend this hotel. of course I don't need to mention the great location for shopping and sightseeing.

Great hotel but very warm, nice shower good location. A little pricey for what you get but would stay again. Was told would get an upgrade but never happened.

Really kind and welcoming staff, lovely hotel in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay at the Holmes hotel where a lot of thought has clearlt gone into quirky details and Sherlock Holmes themed decor.We particularly appreciated the nice touch of the sherlock holmes books for our two boys.

Absolutely loved this hotel ❤️ from the moment we arrived until we left, the staff and service are exceptional as is the hotel and facilities. Couldn’t fault anything at all. This was our second stay at The Rembrandt and we really couldn't fault it. It's now our go to hotel when we're in the area, one of the best we've stayed in in London.
