Great hotel but very warm, nice shower good location. A little pricey for what you get but would stay again. Was told would get an upgrade but never happened.

It’s a great hotel, modern and stylish

The Belgrave Hotel never lets us down. We have stayed here a few times over the past few years and it is always a great experience. The staff are all lovely and nothing is too much trouble for them, the rooms are spotlessly clean with everything you need for a break away and breakfast is spot on. I always highly recommend this hotel to family and friends

Great stay. Everything as expected

A new, well appointed boutique hotel in Kensington. Everything is in very good condition. The rooms are compact but very comfortable and quite well appointed. Friendly and helpful staff. Basic bar and restaurant if needed. I'd happily stay again next time I need a hotel in this area.

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

Great hotel & great location

Our stay at The Westminster was fabulous. The room was great and the staff vent above and beyond, especially VJ in the concierge team.

I wasn't sure about booking this hotel, as I'd never heard of it. However it was amazing. It is small but that actually adds to the experience. We usually prefer larger hotels but this was truly 5*. It really feels like a special place. The staff all get the balance of attentive & friendly right. If we needed anything they seemed to arrive at just the right time. This is our second time staying here. It’s our perfect choice for the Royal Albert Hall. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We love it’s style and decor and the rooms are beautifully decorated with good amenities. Will definitely stay again.

Nice location, quiet and clean. Surprised to see such a well stocked hotel room, felt like a home away from home. Fine touches, clean layout, good colour combinations in the room. Couldn't fault it. Had the room upgraded and staff were accommodating. Worth the trip

Really kind and welcoming staff, lovely hotel in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay at the Holmes hotel where a lot of thought has clearlt gone into quirky details and Sherlock Holmes themed decor.We particularly appreciated the nice touch of the sherlock holmes books for our two boys.
