"This is the worst place I have ever had the misfortune to stay. On arrival I could see that the building exterior was very tired. The decking was past its best and the key box was broken and the smell was dreadful as I opened the door. Tried to keep an open mind went to open windows but the bathroom and one bedroom didn’t open at all. It all needed a good clean so put the immerser on and waited, I am still waiting. "Bring your own toiletries and towels. We paid a cleaning fee but were still asked to strip the beds and empty the bins. Best not to ask guests to strip the beds if there are stains on pillows or mattresses. Be aware if taking more than 1 car as we only received 1 fob and the phone number for provided is for reception who have no control over the gate. We were rushing to get to funeral and had to wait for another car to arrive to let us through the barrier. "
