"No food being served so after a long journey we then had to go out again to find an evening meal. We should have been informed of this when we were booking and would have chosen a different hotel."

"Everything is always perfect at this hotel. It’s in a great location and from the first contact with the reception staff the whole 5 days were brilliant. Stunning views, beautifully maintained & clean rooms, great spa & pool and very good restaurant/bar food. There are bikes to hire, too. Such a great team of staff but I’m afraid I don’t know their names to thank them individually."

"We had a wonderful stay at the George. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bar is charming and welcoming. We were in a room in the First House which was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and the bath in the room added to the charm. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice of cooked options. Would definitely stay again. "
