"Honestly this hotel was soo amazing could not give a single fault from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave the staff are so welcoming and so nice, and it just smelt very nice when you walk in and through out the whole hotel might I add. we got early check it witch was a bonus and our room was so so clean and spotless I would definitely recommend and if I ever stay in London again I will be choosing this hotel thank you "

"It was my husband’s bday during our stay but we never mentioned it so must be that they saw the date and they sent up a warm handwritten bday note with English Tea. Class act, very kind. Joshua in the breakfast restaurant was awesome , assisting guests who needed help- no one had to even ask, he saw they were struggling or looking for something. Also saw another employee in the breakfast area assisting a handicapped woman."
