Good business hotel in Bole, not far from the big main streets. I stayed as tourist. Rooms are spacious and clean. Decor a bit dated, but plenty comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful, but could be bit more personable. I was not super impressed by the breakfast, but it sufficed. My room on the 4th floor was getting lots of outside noise from local bars throughout the night and well into the morning. Room is not air conditioned but luckily temps were very moderate during my September stay. Would recommend despite some of the noted items.

Great ambience and great atmosphere and location close to Bole. The spa and massage therapist was amazing! Ask fur Ruth she will make you feel relaxed abd take away all the tension. Highly recommended this place and the team priced excellent service and good hospitality.

"I really enjoyed my stay at Pyramid Hotel and Resort. The views are stunning, staff are exceptional and gracious. Massage is included in the stay which was lovely as well as a buffet breakfast. I removed one star as there was only hot water for shower one out of four nights."
