"My friend group took our annual trip international for the first time, and the bar couldn't have been set higher by Matilde and her villa. The property was absolutely gorgeous with plenty of room both inside and out to relax and hang out. We had a couple meals outside because the wrap around deck made for the perfect dinner setting with the view of the sunset as the backdrop. He gave us a tour of the house and showed us how everything worked, as well as giving us tips about things to do in Mallorca. The house itself was wonderful. "This villa is great for those wanting an idyllic Mallorcan retreat. Great facilities and spotlessly clean. Owner visits on a Tuesday and Friday to clean pool and take any rubbish. Pool isn’t heated but we took a dip several times (it was a little chilly). Only minor negatives were the location (Algaida is nearest town 90 mins walk away) but you know this when booking. We hired a car which was ideal for getting to beach and Palma. The kettle was full of timescale and needs replacing (not ideal...

"Such a beautiful house and property in a rural setting. Thoughtfully decorated inside and out, with birds and flowers in the garden. The kids were entertained playing outside, and the adults could relax. Host was attentive and friendly. We had a wonderful stay :)"

Ein alter Baumbestand, unter dem man gut Schatten findet und eine Finca, die mit viel Liebe und alten Baumaterialien authentisch erbaut wurde. Dazu ein toller Ausblick von einer kleinen Anhöhe über die Bucht von Alcudia. Die Terrasse ist ideal zum Frühstücken und Abendessen, da sie immer im Schatten liegt.
