"In my opinion the hotel did not deliver a 5 star experience. Positives: Great views! Our Junior Suite with Seaview was pleasantly spacious and so was the terrace. Both pool areas are elegant, pretty as a picture and very clean. Negatives: We were left waiting to check in with no explanation- it was not busy. We were so tired and it was a horrible feeling being left there for no obvious reason. Not much information was provided during the check in ( later- no directory in the room, no barcode with info to scan). One day our room was not cleaned. Then on other days cleaning products or cloths were left behind in the room. Breakfest does not offer a 5 star variety or richness. Parking is a nightmare ( also a weird practice of being asked to leave the key with the reception, on days we found parking our car was then moved outside the compound few times by the staff). There are residential homes on the compound (very strange). Hotel seems to operate as a restaurant- lots of outside guests. Giant crane outside was waking us up almost every day around 8am. The hotel won the lottery with the location and their gorgeous outside space makes full advantage of it. If you want few pretty snaps it's worth it. If you want a 5 star capsule experience it is not the place."

"The view is the top feature of this hotel. Staff were great and it’s very tidy. Pool is good and pool area is good. The beach is by the front steps which is amazing. The only bit not excellent is breakfast. It’s just a bit flat for a 4 star hotel. Example is the orange juice is like watered down cordial when nearly every hotel in spain has fresh squeezed. Everything is diy so food is cold by time you have your food and drinks and toast. It’s ok, but when everything else is great, this could definitely be improved."

"This hotel is located in such a beautiful cove with a lovely sandy beach near by and gorgeous cliffs in the background. The staff are absolutely lovely and I look forward to returning!"

"Unfortunately, the dinner buffet gave me food poisoning, and the staff were unhelpful in trying to salvage the situation. I definitely do not recommend this hotel!"

"Perfect location with fantastic views and lovely extra outdoor spaces with access to the sea. Also had access to games which was a cute touch. Use of a shower room to freshen up after checkout, was another added bonus. Some amenities/ events were unfortunately cancelled due to weather conditions. Room for improvement with housekeeping—not cleaned consistently each day. "
