"Really loved the stay. The view, the breakfast buffet and the mini mart close by made it easy to stay at the hotel. It was about 40 mins on the bus from the city centre which was perfect for a day out of exploring. Some staff via telephone were rude and put the phone down when they didnt understand english and someone called at 12pm to leave the room when I had paid for a late check out but other than that the stay was very pleasant. "

"Hotel lovely, staff great. Only ate once in the hotel, breakfast, anything hot was overcooked and cold, very disappointed and over priced if all you could eat was the cereal, fruit and rolls. "

"Stayed on the 4th floor, exceptional views across the bay, like a postcard, same for breakfast, amazing! Breakfast was lovely, great variety, We didn’t eat dinner as choice was a bit fussy and there wasn’t any normal meals, ie. Lasagna or pasta, burgers, shame they don’t offer a more simpler menu for those of us that are fussy. Lots of nearby restaurants. Would probably choose to stay further around the bay next time as it was pretty chilly in March to walk around to the busier side and there isn’t any transport as it’s pedestrianised - could do with some golf carts or hotel Bikes… Room was v clean, only thing to mention is the rooms lighting is a bit off as so bright and cold - could do with warmer bulbs and a lit mirror in the bathroom. Other than that a perfect stay, thank you."

"Lovely hotel, nice breakfast buffet, lovely staff, very spacious room, but pack a sleep mask because if your room is at the front of the hotel all the garden lights mean your room never gets dark. The light bleeds around the top of the curtains and into the room. Also the pillows are very very soft. We liked the hotel but struggled to sleep. "
