With impressive views to the mountains from the private pool, this fantastic house welcomes 8 guests.
The outdoor area is a paradise. The private chlorine pool invites you to enjoy a refreshing swim while contemplating the spectacular mountain scenery. It has a size of 8 x 8 m, a depth of 1 to 1,90 m. Here you can enjoy a barbecue, a cool drink and sunbathe on the sun loungers. Several corners are ideal for reading or organising pleasant evenings.

The fantastic and airy living room is the perfect place to rest and relax whilst watching the satellite TV or reading. Basically, all rooms have access to the outside. The kitchen, also independent and furnished with a table and sofas, will allow you to cook your best dishes on the ceramic hob. The laundry room offers a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. This 2-storey house offers 4 bedrooms. Three of them are on the main floor, the three of them with an en-suite with a bath and exit to the garden. Two have a double bed and the third has twin beds. A toilet completes the floor. On the first floor you'll find a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with bath and shower. A baby cot and high chair are available on request. The house is equipped with central heating and there are 5 fans.

Bunyola is a charming town at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. This is the ideal destiny for those who love nature and excursions. The town centre is about 2.4 km and there you'll find some bars and restaurants, a supermarket, etc . You cannot miss the visit to the villages of Valldemossa, Sóller, Fornalutx, etc. The nearest beach is in Puerto de Soller, about 15.5 km away.

Good House/Service

This is the second time we’ve stayed. It feels like home away from home. The villa is extremely relaxing and has so much to enjoy and explore bunyola is a very short drive (a few mins) or 30/40min walk. It has a few local shops and some lovely places to eat and drink. Very friendly locals. It’s a great location to get to many other places by car.

Superbe villa assez éloignée de palma à environ 20min. Rien a re dire sur la villa à part qu’elle était incroyable ! Le seul petit bémol si il fallait en mettre un est le fait qu’elle se trouve assez loin de palma donc pour les personnes aimant sortir et faire la fête dans des bars cela fait un peu loin mais mise à part ce léger détail, la villa est incroyable, écarte de tout donc possibilité de faire du bruit sans aucune nuisance possible des voisins, avec une superbe piscine qui permet de faire ses meilleurs session de bronzage. Je recommande !

Stefi’s house is wonderful. It is very large, airy and well-equipped. The out-door barbecue near the kitchen is very useful. There are plenty of out-door spaces where you can have breakfast lunch or dinner so you can always find a spot to have meals under the shade. The Swimmng pool is a good size and the view from the swimming pool and the terrace is just amazing. Stefi was very kind and came To explain few things in the house. It is also very well located. Not too far from Palma and a good spot to explore the Sierra Tramuntana. Bunyola is also a lovely village. The only thing that bothered us was that there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms . Although fans were provided, it was not enough. We had to sleep with open windows but the mosquitos were voracious ! Overall we had a great few days in stefi’s house.
