Deia with many great restaurants and a small beach is 20 minutes away by car. A car is essential to experience the island to the full and to access our house in the mountains. Fully equipped air conditioned property well maintained with gardens . Superfast 5GHZ wifi,latest appliances and Sonos home cinema & music system with 65ins Loewe TV with fire Tv/Netflix etc. OUTSIDE Ample outdoor furniture is available to sunbathe with 9 loungers and padded cushions and beach towels.Retractable electric sunshades over the main patios and 3 parasols complete the shading. An outdoor sofa and chairs on the main terrace with coffee table is a super place to chill. A large cushion storage box is adjacent to the outdoor shower for easy access.Small drinks tables are next to the loungers. The unheated pool is 2.3m deep with easy access steps in the shallow end.The water is salinated and serviced every week You have 3 outside dining area choices! A large outdoor table on the terrace outside the kitchen seats 8 comfortably.A side terrace also has an 8 seater table for breakfast in the morning sunshine.The end sunset terrace also features a further table for late evening drinks & food . KITCHEN/DINING The well equipped kitchen has latest appliances from Neff/Siemens etc.An induction hob and retractable extractor system are in the kitchen island with overhead lighting.Ample glasses, dinnerware and cutlery is available to avoid constantly using the integrated dishwasher.A twin sink and kettle, wide slot toaster and 2 Nespresso capsule coffee machines complete the drinks making.Full instructions on how to operate are included in by holding your camera on the mobile phone over QR codes to watch YouTube videos or reading the manual in house.Microwave and induction oven are also available.A walk in pantry and cupboards have super space for groceries. Twin fridges and small freezer will amply cope with storing all fresh food.A round 8 seater dining table with chairs is an option for inside dining. LIVING/HOME CINEMA The lounge area has a large corner sofa and stools and square glass coffee table. The 65inch Loewe tv on a swivel bracket has Fire TV to access Netflix/Prime etc... .A blu ray DVD player is also available and hundreds of DVDs are on shelves in the adjacent office. The Home cinema sound system will give real surround and super bass to add to the thrill of films.There is also an additional DVD built into a 22 inch TV which can be placed in any bedroom perfect for kids. SLEEPING/BATHING All bedrooms feature comfortable beds with superior bedlinen, pillows and reading lights.All have aircon with additional ceiling fans and table fans.Windows are shaded with blackout curtains or blinds and some have additional shutters.Towels, bathmats and hairdryers are available in each of the bathrooms.All linen is changed each 7 days. The Master bedroom features a super-king bed with super views out to the ocean and mountains.On the balcony outside are 2 chairs and table for quiet contemplation!There are 3 fitted wardrobes with double hanging and single hanging and internal lighting with ample hangers .A large 6 drawer unit for folded clothes and 2 easy chairs.Integrated bedroom reading lamps are fitted into the headboard.Curtains are blackout proof and thick.A ceiling fan is also available to supplement the aircon if desired.The windows can be retracted and shutters ( hidden inside the exterior wall ) can be pulled out instead for natural air circulation at night if preferred. The master bathroom has idyllic views with large bath and attached hand shower and twin sinks with concealed mirrored bathroom cabinet.Inside a hairdryer and shaving point are available.A rainwater shower and handheld shower and integrated seat are in the shower cubicle. The second (and actually much larger) bedroom & bathroom is identical to the master in all aspects but also has a 2 seat sofa. Bedroom 3 has a superking bed which can be separated into 2 singles, with 2 double fitted wardrobes with internal lighting and ample hangers. The bathroom features a single sink and rainwater shower with handheld additional shower and a concealed mirrored bathroom cabinet for storage. Bedroom 4 on the ground floor has a double bed . There is a large 5 drawer unit and sliding double wardrobe. Additional wardrobe space is in the adjacent office.The room is accessed by a sliding wall/door which can be closed from the inside. You have direct access onto the morning sunset terrace outside.You can also access directly the ensuite bathroom via a "Jack and Jill " sliding door.Bathroom 4 also serves as the ground floor guest bathroom.It has a single basin with under-drawer storage and a rainwater shower with seat and handheld additional shower. GYM A gym is available in the basement with agreement from owner but at your own risk.Please be sensible.Free Weights, kettle bells ,Elliptical trainer, Spin bike and Static Functional trainer are available. TREATMENTS We have a massage couch next to the gym for treatments. Mark's villa is top notch ! Everything you need for an amazing vacation is included. The silence and the un obstructed views were a real treat. The house is modern, well appointed, confortable and modern. The location ideal, just a few minutes from beautiful Valldemossa where you'll find shops, restaurants and cafes. The location of the house was phenomenal, with regular easy trips to palma, deia, soller, and many many beaches (specifically sand). The house had the most amazing views and sunsets, better than any restaurant or hotel! The house was clean, comfortable and had many modern luxuries, and the house manager was available in real time to help with any and all needs. The views are as listed but much more breathtaking in person. It is full of perfectly integrated artwork, beautiful views and all of the comforts of home. There are so many different seating arrangements that you can stay at the house all day and not feel confined. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything that you will need and the living area has a fantastically comfortable couch. A perfect place to get together with family or friends. The nearby town of Valdemossa is charming and has a good market for any food items that you are missing. Mimi, the house manager, is a treasure and was so incredibly helpful during our stay. Desde antes de nuestra llegada estuvimos en contacto con Mimi, la cual nos recibió muy amablemente y nos explicó el funcionamiento de la casa y posteriormente estuvo atenta a nuestras dudas. El lugar es hermoso! Nos quedamos sin palabras desde que llegamos y vimos esos paisajes impresionantes. Pudimos movernos por toda la Isla sin problema ya que Valldemosa es muy cercano a todo. The house and views are absolutely stunning. The pictures on the listing are great but being there in person is something else entirely. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood about 5 minutes from the town center and close to many attractions. Mark provided a lot of great information before we even arrived and all the restaurants he recommended were fantastic. Mimi the housekeeper is an asset to this property and you can tell she cares about making it a great stay for everyone. She was extremely communicative and responsive. Villa was beautifully interior designed and the gardens were stunning with statues and lighting to enjoy the sunset evenings. Views across to the sea and surrounding countryside were stunning. Private road and although there were properties either side, due to the imaginative construction, total privacy was guaranteed. Extremely well equipped kitchen with high end products, china etc., and all you could need to provide for self catering. So many different areas to sit and relax both inside and out. Excellent gym, office and separate utility room. More than enough wardrobe and cupboard space. Safe and secure behind electronic gates. Would highly recommend. ##### Amanda R. Every aspect of this property from the location, the view, the interior design, the art work throughout the house and gardens, the courtyard, the pool, the various garden areas around the property, the balcony’s, the kitchen, the living room…. stunning. From the moment of our arrival we knew we were somewhere special. The pictures of the property were fantastic but did not do justice to being there in person. Mark's house is your home away from home. Most rental properties feel a bit foreign but not Mark's home. It truly feels like your own and he and his house manager, Mimi, go above and beyond to ensure you are more than welcome during your stay. Aside from the location of the house, which is in an extremely high-end, safe and luxurious neighborhood of Valldemossa, the home itself feels like yours: the simple touches like the bedding, the towels, the kitchen and amenities...everything is thought-out with your comfort and pleasure in mind. Mimi, the most incredible house manager, comes during your stay to refresh your towels and bathroom. I have never heard of that happening in any VRBO we have rented in the past. She also served as our personal concierge, in providing guidance on areas to visit on how to enhance our stay in Mallorca. You will be sorry to forego Mark's house in lieu of another. It’s such a gorgeous house in an excellent location. When we arrived the house was immaculate- so clean. Mimi does an amazing job at cleaning and her communication is great.
