"Residence le Pastel Jeanne d’Arc – Toulouse Very disappointing stay 👎 The only positive thing about this place is the convenient location. Unfortunately, everything else was far below expectations. The room was very small, old, and had an unpleasant smell. The overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable and even a bit creepy, which made it hard to relax. We originally booked and paid for two nights, but after the first night, we decided to leave early because we simply didn’t feel comfortable...

"The property is lovely with everything you could possibly need. It is literally a minutes walk from a beautiful beach. The property owner was amazing to deal with and so helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone and we will be returning in the future."

"Très bel appart bien équipe mais le linge de lit est vieux. La couette était toute boulochee et pas douce au contact. Odeur de canalisation très forte qui sent jusque dans le reste de l’appart. On entend tout ce que fond les voisins (aspi a 7h du mat !! Parquet qui craque qd il marche..) Porte sdb coulissante mais bruyante (la nuit réveille les autres occupants dz l’appart)"
