Great spot for a family

We stayed for a month, using this flat as our home base while exploring the area and a few larger cities in Spain and France. It was clean, efficient and a great place to recharge. The location was ideal. On the 14th there were fireworks just outside on the river. We all hope to be back some day.

Nice apartment, great location, poor communication

The apartment is conform to the online listing. Well spaced out and location is perfect to visit Toulouse as everything is walking distance. What prevents us from providing a positive review is mainly due to poor communication with the host. We didn’t hear from him up to 6 hours prior to check in time despite trying to contact him several times by phone and email 2-3 days prior. WIFI didn’t work when we arrived. Required me to call twice over 3 hour period for host to answer. Never returned my call. Lastly, in one of my messages I asked for restaurant recommendations in the area, host never bothered to reply. Only other feedback, is that the kitchen area could be better equipped and pillows could be refreshed.

Extremely basic return for your money

The apartment contains 2 bedrooms. One of which is small and claustrophobic with vey tiny beds. Being a very petite person myself I had difficulty fitting in those tiny beds. Temperature, cleanliness and decor need improvement. Design o f the night tables are hazardous. Sharp metal sheets. Insufficient towels, unresponsive host.

Logement très agréable, spacieux et idéalement placé, tout peut se faire à pieds ou à vélo (local dans la résidence).
