Propreté des verres a revoir, épluche - légume rouillé, ouvre bouteille rouillé, chaises (en metal ) rouillées ,porte fenêtre entre séjour et balcon vriĺlée, fils électriques alimentant la box ďénudés ! Liaison tel hs dans l 'appartement... Nb la residence est situér a 500 m du canal et non pas 200 m et la plupart des commerces sont situés rive gauche à 800 m environ.
