(double glazing, fitted kitchen, shower room) Located on the 2nd floor , without lift of a secure residence, it has 1bed and 1 sofa, to spend a great holiday by the Mediterranean Sea. A private car park facing the balcony of the apartment is at your disposal to park during your stay and explore the area on foot. Living room side: The spacious living room opens onto a balcony where you can share good meals with family and/or friends. Come and discover the Local Specialties: Fish in all its forms, such as Brandade, the famous Monkfish Bourride, Bull Gardiane, La Rouille Graulène different from Sète rouille... Kitchen side: open to the living room, fully equipped (vitroceramic hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washer-dryer, \*Dolce Gusto\* o coffee maker, toaster and kettle) with a round table for 4 people which will allow you to accommodate your meals and guests. Sleeping side: Room, 1 bed (in 140 ), square pillows 65x65, duvet. \*The sheets and towels kit will be brought to you on reservation at 25 euros for two people\*.
