Pretty Awful

The impression on the initial entry into the building is ok but each step further in the building got worse and worse. We were there to watch the Tour de France so the location was excellent for that, but everything else was AWFUL. No sheets available on the filthy beds, no bath towels just 2 disgusting kitchen towels that were stained so badly it was hard to tell if they had been cleaned. Keep looking elsewhere because this place is not good.

Bien sûr ! Voici une version ajustée du commentaire : --- 🌟 Très bon rapport qualité-prix ! Logement idéalement situé, au calme, à deux pas du téléphérique pour le Pic du Midi et proche des commerces. Stationnement facile, accès autonome grâce au code : très pratique. Parfait pour un couple maxi. Petit bémol : une odeur désagréable provenant des canalisations, apparemment fréquente dans la station, et qui n’incombe pas directement au propriétaire. Cela n’a toutefois pas gâché notre séjour.

Studio tres moyen et sale a l arrivée. Pas de contrôle en arrivant ni en partant. Clic clac nul planche de bois et bout de mousse..couettes sales..ustensiles cuisine nuls et très abîmés. Odeur d egout dans le studio . Dommage station très bien

vacances ensoleillées à La Mongie

Studio au cœur de la station très bien placé, proche des commerces et des pistes. Le studio est petit mais a été rénové donc en très bon état. Il convient à mon avis pour 2 voir 3 personnes max à quatre c'est juste. Le studio manque un peu de rangement pour les locataires il faut des étagères et des crochets dans les deux pièces !(notamment pour les affaires de ski , casques , blousons ...) Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Il faudrait par contre laisser 2 clefs du casier à ski pour les familles.

Appartement très bien situé, la communication avec les propriétaires est parfaite, ils sont facilement joignable par téléphone.Gros bémol sur la douche, en effet il est impossible de se tenir debout, en même temps nous n'avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner le gros pommeau. De plus lorsque nous voulions mettre de l'eau chaude il n'y avait pas de pression à cela il faut ajouter une odeur de remontée d'égouts constante dans la salle de bain. Les équipements de la cuisine sont très usagés (poêle, casserole, les couteaux ne coupent plus grand chose). Une seule plaque de cuisson, il faut donc s'organiser pour faire cuire les aliments.

Logement très petit, convient pour 2/3 personnes maximum. Ménage à revoir, beaucoup de saletés au sol, notamment derrière le canapé. Odeur permanente dans le studio. Pas de poubelle pour les déchets. La literie est très moyenne. Manque un rideau de douche. Propriétaire réactif aux message, instructions claires pour l’arrivée. Très bon emplacement, juste en face des remontées.

Appartement correct pour 2 personnes

Appartement bien situé, au pied de la station, correct pour 2 adultes. Quelques points à revoir notamment au niveau de la douche dans laquelle il est compliqué de se laver les cheveux à moins que vous fassiez 1m50. Idem pour les WC, il ne faut pas avoir de poignées d’amour, sinon celles ci rencontreront rapidement le meuble vasque. La chasse d’eau manque de puissance, il faut éviter la grosse commission au risque d’avoir un invité surprise dans les WC tout le long du séjour. Malgré cela, nous avons passé un bon séjour, le canapé lit est confortable et facile d’utilisation.

Week-end Mongie

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end. L’appartement est idéalement situé, près des pistes et des commerces. Un bémol cependant sur l’entretien et la propreté du studio. Chasse d’eau qui marchait mal avec une surprise pas très agréable laissé par le locataire précédent, linge de lit laissé par terre, canapé qui s’effrite, ménage pas fait…bien que tout ceci soit justifié par le petit prix du logement par mon interlocuteur, il me semble qu’un minimum doit être fait.
