Good location for Xmas shopping weekend

Posted 28-Nov-2016
Pros: Location, reception staff
Cons: Some of the decor is a bit tired.
Location: Great shops and restaurants
8 friends and I stayed for a girls' Christmas shopping weekend. Perfect location for shopping areas in Nottingham and for restaurants too. Requested 3 rooms close together, so was very pleased to get not only that but 2 rooms had an interconnecting door, so we could all be together for socialising.

Convenient and in city centre.

Posted 21-Nov-2016
Pros: The breakfasts are fab!
Cons: Needs updating.
Location: Excellent location, loads of shops and eating places.
The room was comfortable and adequate for what we wanted, but unfortunately the people in the room next door came in in the early hours of the morning, and were extremely noisy. The walls of the rooms are evidently very thin and we could hear everything that was going off....use your imagination here! I would stay there again but request a quite room, as we got very little sleep, and consequently had a lovely weekend ruined.

Good location

Posted 23-Oct-2016
Pros: Location
Cons: Bigger bed, power shower
The best thing about this hotel is the location. It wasn't a terrible night's stay, but it was nothing special. The bed wasn't very comfortable (and felt really small for a double), room was quite small, shower not too powerful. Overall it did the job, quite pricey for what the room is, but the location is great. And all the staff were really friendly and welcoming.

Lovely night away

Posted 21-Sep-2016
Location: Lots of nice places nearby. Restaurants, bars, cinema and shopping centre.
My partner and I originally booked a night here just because I needed to get to the local hospital early in the morning but I am really glad we picked this place for our stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the room had everything you need. The highlight would of definitely been breakfast, I could eat there every morning the best breakfast ever and lovely fresh orange juice. Every type of breakfast you can think of and nice warm fresh blueberry muffins. Would definitely stay here again when we need to visit Nottingham next

Bad hotel, never stay.

Rooms are sooooo small and dirty, we changed the hotel to another hotel that night. This is a old and dead house, not a hotel for people or even animals. Please rebuild this hotel befit giving the So called Hiltan brand.

Nice hotel close to the city centre.

Great location and within easy walking distance to restaurants and bars. Very helpful staff though at times the reception seemed very understaffed. Breakfast was pretty decent. Room was very comfy though a little small
