"The bar was great, the room was a little dirty as in the walls and lots of cracks in paintwork so all in all needs a little work but very nice "

"Warm welcome and my boys really loved the drinks and chocolate left for them in our room. Great having access to the pool/spa, lovely grounds and good food in the bar. Breakfast was also good, although the kitchen were stretched trying to keep pace with demand for hot breakfast items from guests at the previous day's wedding! We'll be staying there again!"

"Typical city centre hotel, built for busiess travellers. The hotel looks a little tires and is in need of redecoration. There is a privaye gym/leisure centre wihin the hotel, that menat that there was a lot of fottfall in that area, which wasn't idea; when trying to get to your room, and there wasa big smell of cholrine and sweat. Breakfast was not included, but I was happy to pay extra, and was good value and tasty. Whatr was not impressive was the surly attitude of a male member of staff who seemed more interested in gossiping with his colleagues than providing a poite service to guests."

"On Saturday night there was a continuous humming in the room and no hot water. On the Sunday morning there was no water at all in the bathroom. I did complain and received a refund, but I won't be staying there again."

"Good location. Near supermarket football stadium and petrol station. Maybe the staff are a bit isolated behind a glass window or maybe it’s necessary? "
