"Property was amazing Easy to locate Close to everything"

"Was in Wilmington to work a trade show at the Chase Center on the Riverfront. Everything was as described and the communications with the host were great. Only about a 12 minute drive to the venue and lots of restaurants within a 10 minute drive. It’s nothing fancy but for about the same price as a budget hotel room you get a kitchen, two comfy bedrooms and a living room. "

"We needed a place close to the PA convention center. This unit was close, and parking was right across the street. It was 37/ 24 hours. For this price range, this unit worked for our group of 6. If you are expecting more amenities and luxury, you may have to look at a higher priced listing. "

"For a night to shower and relax its worth it. Train is close by so occasionally here it at night. Overall its ok for a quick nights stay or 2. Not much to eat within walking distance, but close to the park. "
